**Training Structure**:
1. Induction

2. Classroom Training
Engage in interactive classroom sessions led by industry experts. Learn advanced sales techniques, effective communication strategies, negotiation skills, and customer-centric approaches. Develop a deep understanding of our products and their unique selling points.
3. On-the-Job Training
Gain practical experience by shadowing experienced sales managers and working closely with seasoned professionals.
