**Are you a Certificated Enforcement Agent ?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Merton's In House Enforcement team as a certificated Enforcement Agent/Bailiff on a commission based salary. We provide our own enforcement service to collect Council Tax, Business Rates and Road Traffic Penalty Charge Notices.

We are looking for an experienced certificated Enforcement Agent with comprehensive knowledge of The Taking Control of Goods Regulations ( 2013 ), Council Tax, Business Rates and Road Traffic enforcement legislation. You should be well motivated, have excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and experience in achieving results in a pressurised environment.

Applicants should be aware that early morning and evening calls will be necessary. You will be paid a monthly retainer plus commission based on your collected amounts.
