- Admin and Secretarial**Key Responsibilities**
- Administration: Updating key data on spreadsheets for upload to the quoting tool (customised on CRM)
- Customisation: Working with our CRM partner to manage forms, dashboards, and functional requirements.
- Policing of company data, which is entered by the system users.
- Ensuring data accuracy, identifying, communicating, and correcting errors in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Providing central point of contact for all change requests & system alterations.
- Assisting with Functional Documentation for our CRM Partner to develop and customise CRM as required based on the approved change requests.
- Creating & maintaining Teams, Territories and Business Units within CRM
- Updating training manuals. Assist in development of in-house training programs.
- Assisting the Marketing team with creating Marketing Lists
- Assisting with GDPR compliance
- Working with senior management to ensure key functionalities are understood.
- General administration duties

**What they require**:

- Be process-driven, pay close attention to detail and have analytical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge of Power BI would be helpful but not essential
- Communication skills: Communication skills are essential for CRM administrators, as they often work with a variety of individuals and groups. These skills allow you to convey information effectively and efficiently, which can help you to build trust and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
