**What You Will Do**

Let's change the world and make a difference. You will be an important asset to the team by making sure you are aware of any disruptions in operations to monitoring changing airline schedules. Whilst being responsible for coordinating and monitoring the safe deployment of employees, vehicles and equipment for the Assistance programme at Gatwick Airport

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure you are familiar with any operational changes that occur & brief staff on operational issues when required.
- Ensure full comprehensive handover is given at the end of each shift.
- Ability to proactively have an overview of the operation 2/3 hours in advance & identify any operational concerns.
- Monitoring Ozion milestones and acting on failures immediately.
- Ability to see potential delays and intercept.
- Ability to view allocated delays.

**What We Expect of You**
- Familiar with the entire operation and Ozion for NT/ST and Ramp.
- Previous Airline &/or Airport experience is desired although not essential as full training will be provided.
- You must be able to speak/read and write in English.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a conscientious approach to the Safety and Security aspects of your role.
- Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
- Must be able to lift passengers in confined spaces, lift luggage in accordance with manual handling guidelines and able to place hand luggage into and out or overhead lockers without standing on seats. Will be required to push customers up inclines and for long distances in wheelchairs.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Basic IT Skills
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.

**To work at any of our aviation sites, an airside pass is essential. We can provide this for you, so long as you have**:
**5 years Checkable background (including employment, self-employment, career gaps, benefits and education**

**Able to pass a colour-blind test**
