**Multiple Electronics Engineers
- Defence and Military Systems**

**Permanent - Attractive - North-East, South-West, West Midlands**

Multiple **Electronics Engineers **are required to join an International Defence Systems company that designs, manufactures, and supports world leading military Systems. The successful **Electronics Engineers **will be delivering electronic solutions and act as a technical interface for customers and suppliers to ensure that designs are meeting their requirement and are successfully integrated into working products.

The**Electronics Engineers **will beintegrated into the team and be involved with large Military Engineering Programmes. As part of the team, you will be given the opportunity of professional development and career progression.

The **Electronics Engineers **will be working as part of engineering teams to develop Electronics solutions as required. The **Electronics Engineers **will require a high level of technical expertise in order that the products meet the required level of safety, quality, and performance. The **Electronics Engineers **must be team players to provide engineering capability and complex engineering solutions.

**Salary will depend on Grade and Experience, etc**

**Electronics Engineerswill be responsible for the following**:

- Electronics Systems with delegated authority to oversee the design of electronics solutions.
- Support Electronic Reviews with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure evolving designs meet their project requirements.
- Support the development and integration of Electronic solutions.
- Support technical design reviews.
- Review Electronic solution data packs and their supporting product information.
- Support the planning, supervisions, and technical direction to teams of engineers.
- Direct work assignments, scheduling, and reviews of work in progress.
- Ensure that products are delivered to the design lifecycles and their required standards.
- Actively engaging and working with the project team for Systems development.
- Undertaking of technical Systems presentations.
- The generation and review of technical reports and reporting on progress.
- Provide engineering input including cost estimating, project plans, and progress reports.

**The Electronics Lead Engineershould have the following Qualifications Skills or Experience**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant electronics discipline.
- Ideally working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
- Team player and able to work with a multi-site and engineering team.
- Postgraduate experience in an engineering electronic domain.
- A good communicator able to work with, direct and lead different stakeholders.
- Ideally have an understanding in the development of Electronic solutions in the UK defence.
- Design of components and Systems for new products for product development.
- Ability to adopt technical solutions and processes.
- Good Systems engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and be able to work in a team.
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ideally understand and experience with Military and Defence Systems.

**Security Clearance (SC) will be required due to the nature of the Defence products involved**
