**About being an Industrial Recruitment Consultant**

**Join our #OneBlueFamily working from home remotely covering the Oxford area, managing, and growing a desk within the industrial sector across Oxfordshire, specialising in temporary recruitment. Initially during your training period, you will be travelling to our Blue Arrow Newbury branch and thereafter for quarterly meetings.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you will have access to our advanced technology system and we are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively identifying and establishing new and existing client relationships
- Outbound business development and marketing calls
- Visiting clients on site in the Oxford area, so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Marketing, advertising, and working to sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary industrial staff
- Quarterly meetings in our Newbury office

**About You**:
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will have great relationship building and business to business sales skills with the ability and drive to manage the end to end process for the industrial desk OR you can join us as a Trainee Recruitment Associate bringing your proven sales experience and skills to the team.
