Nursery Assistant

Our Lady’s is a co-educational 3 months-11 years Independent School and Nursery in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

The Nursery is actively recruiting a Nursery Nurse/Assistant to be part of our wonderful team

We have a reputation for providing outstanding care, with a dedicated focus upon individual and personal wellbeing and a family environment and ethos. We have an enviable status in the local community and are in a period of time of exciting growth and development. We have recently appointed a Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager. Many exciting new changes have been implemented - all in the best interests of the children in our care. The Nursery is highly ambitious and wishes to be considered the leading choice for provision in the area. Our ethos is unique and founded on outstanding pastoral care.

Whilst working with the children, the appointee will be ambassadors for the Nursery. Our links to the Preparatory School are also being developed which provides another element of support rarely found in Nursery settings. We are in an exciting period of change and we now need to drive forward to achieve our goals. We offer excellent levels of staff support - including our own ‘Health Assured Wellness Plan’.
