**Job Introduction**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a casual part time Admin Clerk working on a zero hours contract, to join the successful team in our Shared Service Centre. You must be able to effectively manage your own workload, and be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing.

**Role Responsibility**:

- To ensure any FSSC admin tasks are carried out as per Department process, in a timely and accurate manner
- Review customer remittance advice to ensure validated in line with new Auto-Allocate Cash system
- Contact customers for any remittance advice details
- Creating and categorising outbound service requests
- Printing and scanning any documents where required
- Work to a daily team target set by the Team Leader
- Any other Ad-hoc tasks as required

Essential Skills and knowledge:

- Numerate and Literate with Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 or above
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent Eye for Detail
- Team Player

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

- Good time management skills - to ensure own and teams targets are prioritised
