Lettings Executive

OTE- £30,000 - £35,000 - Uncapped Commission - Car Allowance - Career Progression

At **Barnard Marcus**, part of the Connells Group, We are looking to recruit a **Lettings Executive **to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in **Putney**. You will be responsible for generating new Market Appraisal opportunities by calling existing data, building relationships with new landlords and canvassing properties that are on the market.

**Key responsibilities of a** **Lettings Executive**

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.

**Skills and experience required to be a successful **Lettings Executive**
- Preferably an experienced **sales** person
- Able to **generate new business** in a **target driven** environment
- Outstanding **customer care **/ **customer service **experience
- Resilient, **positive**, **organised**, **numerate **and **detail oriented**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
- A **Full UK driving licence** and access to your own vehicle
