**Office Service Operative - Telephone Helpdesk**

**Working hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (with additional hours as required)**

**The Role**

As an Office Service Operative for the UK Telephone Helpdesk, your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless and exceptional customer service experience. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Helpdesk, and you will contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating a first-class, customer-focused approach at all times, ensuring customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Generating reports to provide valuable insights and track performance metrics.
- Managing all incoming Telephone Helpdesk inquiries, addressing customer concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Acting as the first point of contact for telecoms end users, offering initial support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised helpdesk environment.
- Collaborating with the client and line manager to carry out tasks in alignment with their instructions and expectations.
- Providing guidance to colleagues on best practices within the service provided, promoting continuous improvement.
- Participating in telecoms systems training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
