Personal Assistant

This is a full time post, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful applicant will be based at M&D Care Head Office in Llanelli, however there will also be an opportunity to work remotely.
The main role of the PA will be the management of meeting documentation relative to the Senior Management Team to include: calendar scheduling, timely issue of agenda and associated documentation; attending meetings to produce minutes and circulate as appropriate to the meeting.
**_Responsibilities_**
- To act as first point of contact for the Managing Director.
- To prioritise diary and inbox management.
- To manage travel arrangements and bookings.
- To manage meeting preparations (agenda, collation of presentations, minute taking).
- To attend offsite monthly meetings.
- To be part of the collation of weekly and monthly reports.
- To manage the preparation of monthly SMT packs.
- To manage expenses.
- To assist in the organising of company events when required.

- A working and up to date knowledge of IT systems (to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- An understanding the need for confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
- Secretarial/organisational skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Desirable previous PA experience of working at a senior level
- Experience of taking minutes.
- Ability to work with competing demands.
- Development and maintenance of systems for managing documents including correspondence.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
