Laboratory Assistant

4-5 months contract. Hourly rate £11:25/hr

Location: Birkenhead Merseyside

Our client is looking for a laboratory technician to assist with QC inspections of raw materials arriving at the manufacturing site and preparation of reports. Also, to assist with disposing of waste / hazardous materials in accordance with Health and Safety regulations. This position is suitable for applicants with BTEC or graduates who wish to gain work experience within medical devices industries.

The applicant will have good IT skills and the ability to work carefully and methodically with the minimum of supervision.

We can only accept applicants who are eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4-5 months

**Salary**: £11.20-£11.30 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Birkenhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
