As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to their clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall well-being. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for beauty and skincare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including Laser, Facials, Peels, Waxing, etc.
- Deliver treatments with professionalism, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, actively promoting and upselling products and services.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times while working in the clinic.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all areas of the salon.
- Provide exceptional customer care and service, maintaining a professional manner with clients.
- Assist with reception duties when required.
- Adhere to all protocols and procedures throughout the day.
- Maintain and upkeep equipment used for treatments.
- Carry out errands when the workplace is quiet.
- Perform bank lodgements if necessary.
- Uphold the standards of work set by the company.
- Waxing - hot and strip & intimate
- Manicures & Pedicures (not essential)
- Aesthetic procedures (not essential)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
- Attention to detail and a caring approach towards clients.
- Possess a positive and friendly personality.
- NVQ 3 or above in beauty therapy (face, body, and massage).
- All therapists must hold relevant certified qualifications for the treatments they perform.
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist.
- Familiar with machines such as Hydrafacial, Soprano laser titanium,Guinot etc.

Ø Salary: 20k-30k a year.

Ø Working hours: Tuesday-Saturday

Ø Part-time/Full-time.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
