Childcare Assistant

Little Acorns Childminding Services is looking for a Childcare Provider to care for children in a professional, loving and educational setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for children
- Employ educational methods that are best suited to their abilities
- Establish a careful and regulated routine for the day with the help of the children
- Assess the children’s abilities and capabilities and judge their progress
- Observe each child to make sure they are doing well in school, sports, arts and other activities and report on occasion to their parents
- Collaborate with other educators and advisers to create a unique curriculum
- Maintain a positive attitude towards children and parents.
- Ensure that each child is prepared for next day’s activities by giving them extra homework or activities as needed
- Encourage the children to participate in games and activities led by the educators
- Educate the children on the different phases of life from newborn through kindergarten
- Develop a variety of learning experiences with the help of age-appropriate material

Experience is not required but experience in early childhood education preferred.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
