**OVERVIEW: ELECTRICAL TRAINER**
We are currently seeking an Electrical / Electronic professional with a genuine desire for people development.
You will be coaching and mentoring young learners undertaking units & qualifications in assembling, wiring & testing electrical equipment & circuits, and maintaining electrical equipment and systems. You will be a time served electrical professional with a L3 or above qualification. Ideally you will also need your Assessor Award (A1, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent).
**SALARY/BENEFITS: ELECTRICAL TRAINER**
- £35k starting salary

**THE ROLE OF THE ELECTRICAL TRAINER**
To deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical units & qualifications delivered at a high-tech training facility (classroom-based delivery). Train learners towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding body standards.
We are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a ‘hands on approach’ to work within this rewarding environment.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: ELECTRICAL TRAINER**
- Minimum 3 years' relevant occupational experience within an electrical role
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working with young people
