**The day to day duties in your new job would be**:

- Issuing invoices
- Sales ledger duties
- Matching payments and PO numbers
- Reconciling credit notes and invoices
- C.I.S. payments
- Resolving and responding to queries both internally and externally
- Posting and allocating receipts to the accounting system
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure invoices will be paid on time
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to reconcile accounts to statements
- Strong Excel skills
- Great attention to detail
