Photographer and Marketing

Do you have a flair for photography and a passion for social media?

Ice & Slice at The Kiln are looking for a Photographer & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for photographing food & drinks and developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and build an audience on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all social media platforms
- Research and analyse current trends and audience preferences
- Develop engaging content for all social media platforms
- Track and monitor results across campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team on other projects as needed
- Create graphics and designs for various social media channels (e.g. Instagram)
- Create reports on performance of campaigns and report to the Director of Social Media
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and initiatives that will drive sales

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food photography
- Previous experience in marketing communications or similar role; 1+ years in digital marketing preferred, but not required; 1+ years in social media preferred, but not required; 1+ years in video production preferred, but not required; 1+ years in photography preferred, but not required; 1+ years in online advertising preferred, but not required; 1+ years in web analytics preferred, but not required; 1+ years in SEO preferred, but not required; 1+ years in web analytics preferred, but not required; 1-2 years of experience working with Instagram preferred, but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 7 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
