Equine Vet

We are currently looking for a confident, experienced equine vet to join our well-established mixed practice in Armagh. As a progressive clinic, our facilities have a sand arena, trot-up area, stocks, and a treatment room. We have an excellent range of modern equipment, including video endoscopy and gastroscopy, ultrasound and x-ray facilities. Our workload is a mixture of leisure and high-level competition horses with everything in between.
- Your key responsibilities will include vaccinations, dentistry, lameness workups (including, nerve blocks, radiography, and scanning), poor performance investigations, ultrasonography, 5-stage vettings, castrations, treatment plans/visits.

- Our dedicated experienced colleagues and nursing team are always happy to help out.
- A work vehicle is at your disposal for business use, and our out-of-hours rota stands at a manageable 1:4
