**Red Robin Solutions** are looking for **Recycling Operatives** in **South Bristol.**

Join our team as a Recycling Operator and contribute to environmental sustainability efforts. This position involves sorting and processing recyclable materials in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Sort and separate recyclable materials such as paper, plastics, glass, and metals
- Operate machinery to compact and bale recyclables
- Monitor the recycling process to ensure materials are processed efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the recycling area
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating recycling equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management is beneficial but not required
