We have an exciting opportunity to join County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service:

- **Administration Team Leader.**
- The County Durham service has recently been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC and is a great place to work.
- This role is to work flexibly within your designated service to manage and deliver an effective administration function.
- Manage, mentor, coach and ensure the development of staff reporting to you, including volunteers. This includes involvement in delivering appropriate training, recruitment, induction, monitoring performance, managing absence and carrying out performance & development reviews (PDRs).
- Ensure the provision of a high quality service which is compliant with CQC standards
- To promote, adhere to and live our workplace values of being honest, committed and inventive
