A great opportunity for a marketing executive and content creator to make a big impact in a small but strong independent business. Paying an hourly rate of £12-£14 plus performance bonuses, we are looking for someone to work 30 hours over a 4 day week.

The Bespoke Workshop is a small independent business that specializes in producing personalised gifts & custom products using laser engraving and UV printing machinery. Producing gifts and decorations for all occasions and selling them online currently through different online marketplaces such as Etsy, Notonthehighstreet and via our own website.

**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content (Videos, reels, stories, stills) for our Instagram, Tiktok & FB.
- Be the face of our brand online
- Communicate with our audience in our brand tone
- Work closely with the owner to discuss ideas, plan footage and direct team members to bring content ideas to life
- Analyse content performance
- Come up with ideas to increase website traffic
- Form collaborations with other brands
- Reach out and form good relationships with influencers

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good understanding of paid Ads.
- Be confident behind and in front of the camera
- Experience with successful content creation on Tiktok
- Good understanding of SEO
