Waking Night Complex Carer

We’re recruiting dedicated, compassionate, caring and flexible Carer/Personal Assistant’s to join our small skilled team to provide care to our 13 year old daughter.
**2-4 waking nights per week 20.30-07.00 or 20.30-08.30 (depending on night worked)**
She is a bright, determined and capable young person who is living with a medical condition that requires close monitoring. She is active, funny and lives life to the full.
Experience of working in a similar role is an advantage to join our team. **We provide full person-centred training and supervision (paid) **specific to our daughters needs. We are looking for people who have excellent communication skills and can work effectively and fairly within in a team as well being confident working 1:1.
In addition to clinical training we offer the **exciting opportunity to learn and gain qualifications in British Sign Language **as this is our daughters method of communication.
Tasks include but not limited to; Gastrostomy feeding, Medication, Nebuliser, ventilation, Monitoring, Tracheostomy
