The Lulworth Estate is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its busy Accounts office working closely with others across the Estate. The Lulworth Estate extends over 12,500 acres of beautiful Dorset countryside and includes five miles of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. It is visited by hundreds of thousands of visitors every year and the estate’s business is very diverse.

The role will suit an individual who has Purchase Ledger experience and enjoys working in a small and dynamic team.

**JOB ROLE**
- Posting supplier invoices
- Matching invoices to Purchase Orders and dealing with any discrepancy
- Reconciliation of suppliers' statements
- Maintaining existing and setting up new suppliers and subcontractors
- Liaising with managers to ensure queries are resolved
- Processing payment of suppliers
- Processing credit card payments
- Processing staff expenses
- Assisting with any other administration tasks that may be required
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Head of Accounts

**ESSENTIAL**
- A track record of Purchase Ledger roles
- Able to work accurately and without supervision
- Ability to check own work to identify errors
- A basic understanding of VAT and double entry bookkeeping
- Able to work under pressure

**Preferred**

AAT Level 2 qualifications

**HOURS**

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Part Time applicants may be considered, in which case pay will be calculated pro rata.

Occasional weekend and Bank Holiday work required during busy periods but time given off in lieu.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
