**The role**

You'll be managing the Electrical Test Department and leading the development of testing processes of the products before handover.

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring that processes are up-to-date and completed to the highest-degree of test automation and integration.

This is a good role for someone that enjoys people management and delivering excellent customer service whilst thriving within a fast-moving environment of innovation.

You'll be utilising your knowledge to develop and implement Risk Assessments and to ensure that all training is up to date within your team.

**Your experience**

You'll be experienced working within an engineering/manufacturing environment

Comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering and technical drawings

You will be educated to HNC level as a minimum in Electrical Engineering

Strong commercial awareness

Enthusiastic and motivating leadership style

You'll be used to liaising with all stakeholders and have a track record of resolving mechanical design problems

You'll enjoy being accountable and responsible in your roles - you are the go-to person for queries relating to your department.

Your approach to tackling challenges is positive and enthusiastic, with the ability to solve problems using your technical knowledge
