If you’re an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with high attention to detail and a drive to capture top quality imagery and grow the business, then please get in touch.

We’re looking for somebody eager to master new techniques and develop their skills, as training will be provided over the first few months to teach the particular methodology that we use to achieve our distinctive style of photographs.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct photoshoots and video shoots at properties to capture high-quality imagery that highlights their unique features and appeal, either as part of a team on larger properties, or independently on smaller properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and friendly attitude and work ethic.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and Lead Photographer to understand client needs and preferences.
- Manage the workflow following the shoot in a timely manner, from sorting the RAW files for editing through to uploading the final edits ready for delivery, using our Photo Editing Workflow.
- Liaise with the team throughout the editing process to ensure that all photographs and videos delivered meet the business’ exacting standards.
- Maintain an organised schedule and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and appointments.

All applicants must have:

- Demonstrably high standards of photography.
- Videography experience and a practiced gimbal ‘ninja’ walk.
- Proficiency at using professional photography equipment and a thorough understanding of basic photographical theory such as the exposure triangle and depth of field.
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to achieve top quality.
- A keen eye for composition and framing.
- Proficiency at using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and be self-motivated and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **A full UK driving licence and a reliable car.**

Desirable attributes:

- Experience of photography in the property industry.
- Licenced to use a drone.
- Proficiency at using Final Cut Pro or other video editing software.
- Property styling skills.
- Live within 15 minutes’ drive of Wokingham.

**Job hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (fixed photoshoot times but flexible hours for desk work)

**Starting salary**:£21,000 - £27,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience.
