Groundsman

We are now looking for a Groundsman to support our Park Supervisor in maintaining our Development, Forest Edge Court.

**Salary: £21,500 per annum**

**Responsibilities will include: -**
- To be responsible for the upkeep of all parks and grounds including grass cutting, strimming, edging and landscaping
- To maintain existing and forthcoming Park facilities
- To carry out planned maintenance works on Park
- To keep up the maintenance of all on site equipment eg., lawnmowers, tools etc
- To support onsite Contractors when necessary

**Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable as is a driving license.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
