**About the role**:

- Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**About you**:

- Full UK Driving Licence is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is a plus.
