Blender/metal Worker

Blenders are a key part of the ATL production team and reprofile/repair detailed metal parts back to their original condition/shape using a variety of handheld power tools. The role is to deliver a high quality, timely and efficient blending service to support the output of the company. The job demands high levels of concentration and the ability to work on your own whilst at the same time delivering as part of a wider team.

Key responsibilities are:

- Working effectively and responsibly with hand held power tools within the relevant HSE guidelines.
- Producing a high-quality blending service to other ATL departments.
- Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with engineering on product specific requirements.
- The capability to learn and have good attention to detail.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience of:

- Working in a highly procedure driven environment.
- Working with hand-held power tools
- Being self-motivated and having high levels of attention to detail.
- Being able to work with engineering drawings and procedures.
- Operating in a factory floor environment.
- Ideally previous metal working experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
