Customer Experience Advisor (German Speaking)

Maternity Cover - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Teknek was founded over 35 years ago in the UK, designing and producing specialised equipment which removes particle contamination from a wide range of materials used in modern manufacturing. Teknek export the majority of their products and our customer base is global.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisor (German Speaking) to join us for Maternity Cover for a minimum period of 12 Months.

**The role**:

- Be the Customer Champion
- First point of contact with our customer for both inbound and outbound communication on their preferred channel
- Building and maintaining our customer relationships
- Providing technical product information to our customers and distributors
- Resolving customer queries
- Processing Customer orders
- Organising shipping
- Updating customer information on our CRM system

**Your Skills**
- Fluent verbal and written language ability in German and English
- (Other languages will be considered)
- Ideally a minimum of 1 - 2 years in a customer focused role
- A passion for talking to customers
- Thrives in a fast paced sales environment
- Attention to detail and not afraid to question the status quo
- The ability pass on technical information in a clear & concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- The desire to make the role their own
