Homes for Students has a vacancy for a Night Concierge to join the team at The Forge Property in Sheffield. The working hours will be 21 Hours per week working 2 nights per week), Working a Wednesday Night and either a Friday or Saturday night. This can be discussed at interview.

The role involves providing a meet and greet, reception and help desk service as well as supporting all back-office functions and providing administration support to the operations team and Property Manager. The role includes an element of security within the building including regular patrols, supporting the team with student events and experience and ensuring our residents welfare is always a top priority. There will at times be a requirement for basic maintenance works such as changing a lightbulb.

You will be required to deal with enquiries from customers and visitors to the property. You will provide a professional helpdesk and telephone service, answering calls promptly and helpfully.

**Person Specification**:

- The ability to provide exceptional customer service, always displaying a helpful and patient attitude
- Experience of systems or a willingness to learn how to use systems
- The ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
- The ability to present information in an accurate, professional, and appropriate manner
- Experience of prioritising workload to meet competing deadlines without close supervision
- Ability to work in a team and have a flexible approach
- Experience of working in a previous customer service role would be desirable
