Labourer

HRGO are recruiting a labourer for our client in the Peebles area. This is an ongoing, long-term role for a project building properties, this is a great opportunity to work for a forward-thinking, modern business. _

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

**Pay**: £13.50-14 per hour, paid weekly

**Location**: Peebles, EH45

CSCS cards are not required for this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, and setting up equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations
