**About You**
- **You must have a full UK driver’s licence (car), held for a minimum of one year, with no more than 3 penalty points. Proof of this will be required.**:
- **You must have at least two years driving experience. This does not need to be UK driving experience.**:
- You will have strong concentration and communication skills.
**About the Role**
The main purpose of your role will be to operate trams in service between Edinburgh Airport and York Place. You will be responsible for providing a safe, efficient and customer focused experience. When on ‘spare’ duties, you may also be expected to carry out other tasks out with your normal core role.
After Training, you will deliver a service to the travelling public, working either an early, mid or late shift driving trams to a timetable. This will be on average 40 hours a week, over 7 calendar days over 364 days a year, our current only closure day is Christmas Day. Shifts will start as early as 04:06 and finish as late as 01:12.
