**Job Title:Apollo Administrator - Programme**

**Key Purpose**:
East Coast College are working in collaboration to pilot a new workforce programme that integrates and connects across all parts of the Health and Social care system.

By working in collaboration with key stakeholders and supporting people to learn and develop new skills, this innovative programme will tackle key health and social care workforce issues like recruitment, retention and staff development.

The post will provide effective administrative support to the programme team; working flexibly as needed whilst providing a high-quality, comprehensive administrative support.

They will work closely with the Deputy Programme Manager to ensure service delivery is compliant with agreed policies and practice, enabling the programme to forward the agenda of the Apollo project.

**This role is a fixed term appointment until 31 May 2025.**

East Coast College is looking for highly skilled, motivated and passionate professionals to join our brand-new Apollo project team.

With a focus on workforce supply, this high-profile project will engage with students and local people in order to learn and develop skills in preparation for a highly rewarding career or further study within the Health and Social care sector.

By working creatively and collaboratively, this innovative workforce programme will make a positive contribution to tackling key staffing issues like recruitment, retention and training faced by the Health and Social care sector

**All positions will be for a fixed-term contract until 31st May 2025.**

The project is supported by Health Education England and will be delivered by the Further Education colleges in Suffolk and Norfolk.
