Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. **The Role**
To provide a customer focussed, responsive and high-quality IT support service to Maryhill Housing supporting staff based at all office locations and working remotely. Effectively manage the IT service desk, desktop & mobile device management, patch management, AV technologies, Active Directory, Office 365, remote desktop services and Azure.
To manage Maryhill Housing’s IT infrastructure and security in line with best practice and Cyber Essentials standards, fulfilling audit recommendations and monitoring security risks as a priority at all times. To manage and monitor hardware and mobile devices for users and across the Association.
To lead and advise the Association on best practice, pro-actively updating procedures and practices and improvements to support digital transformation, flexible working and improve the customer journey. To provide IT advice, guidance and input as part of working groups and project teams across the organisation.
**On Offer**
This role has a competitive salary banding of **£31,518- £34,456 EVH Grade 6 PA17 - PA20**. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
