Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate teaching assistant to work at one of our reputable primary schools in Banbury.

Part time hours: 2/3 days per week.

Timings: 08:30 - 15:30.

**Duties**:

- The main role will be a mix of one to one support with a year 6 SEN child and traditional teaching assistant work with a year 4 child.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special needs
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

This is a paid position that offers valuable experience in the field of education. We provide ongoing professional development opportunities for our staff.

Pay: £85.00-£90.00 per day

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
