We have a new opportunity for a Consents Coordinator.

The project is currently recruiting a Consents Coordinator to manage the project’s campaign to secure and maintain all the necessary consents for the flagship Round 4 offshore wind project on the east coast of England. Primary responsibilities include supporting the delivery of the consents strategy through the development and DCO Examination phase by working closely with the internal project team and external advisers, land agent and legal advisors.

The Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind (ODOW) project, which will be located 60km off the coast of the Humber Estuary, could deliver up to 1.5 gigawatts (GW) of renewable electricity and represents a significant early-stage investment in the UK offshore wind sector for both companies.

**Context and environment**

Work closely with the Development Manager, Consents & Stakeholder Manager, Onshore Consents Manager, Engineering Manager, EIA consultants, land agent and legal advisors to support and coordinate consenting activities for ODOW during development and construction phases.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- To support and coordinate consenting activities during the development phase (DCO submission and examination) and construction phase (ensure consent compliance).
- Provide proactive management of key relevant internal and external stakeholder interests including regulators and consultees.
- Identify relevant stakeholders and work closely with EIA consultants, environmental consultants to engage regularly with them to build and maintain trust and good relationships.
- Management of specialist consultants and advisors including determination of scopes of work, contractor appointment and interpretation of advice received.
- Quality checks of all ODOW documents to be issued to third parties.
- Ensure relevant parties are notified of, the project HSSE, legal, financial, consenting and engineering requirements for land activities, site visits and surveys.
- Provide monthly updates for the ODOW Board Meetings.
