Job Summary:
Due to a retirement we are seeking a replacement security guard to work evenings and weekends at Moorside Business Park in Colchester CO1 2ZF

The site requires security from 16:30 to 22:00 on weekdays, 08:00 to 18:00 Saturdays and 09:00 to 17:00 on Sundays. The hours are split between two security guards (being yourself and our existing security guard). You would be working an average of 98 hours per month.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Patrolling the site

CCTV Monitoring

Litter picking, grass cutting, sweeping and general tidying

Locking up and securing the site

The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour. Holiday is 132 hours per annum
