We have an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Children's Mental Health Assistant in the Gloucester area.

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Children's Mental Health Assistant to work within our partner SEND school setting in the Gloucester area. The Children's Mental Health Assistant role involves supporting school aged pupils who have been identified as having additional needs and/or Social and Emotional Mental Health needs

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Children's Mental Health Assistant you will:

- Have the ability to work with a wide range of children with complex additional needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Be able to work collaboratively, building positive professional relationships.
- Be resilient, flexible and enthusiastic.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Previous experience supporting children with additional needs and/or SEMH needs.
