We’re looking for an experienced Health Safety professional to support our seven Hotels from the Borders to the West Highlands and help us take health and safety to the next level in the business.

With an established system of external audit, a culture of management ownership and a solid systems backbone throughout the business - this new role looks to build on these foundations. We’ll look to you to provide cohesion to the ongoing development of policies; how they are implemented and reported up and down the business. Accountable direct to the CEO, we’re looking for someone with
- Previous relevant experience at a similar scale
- Suitable NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge of mainstream Health Safety legislation plus ideally some experience of Food Safety, Fire, L8, Leisure Activities and Construction.
- Hands on experience in developing and maintaining supporting IT / Management systems and communications infrastructure
- Excellent presentation, influencing. coaching and relationship skills from Board level to the front line
- Willingness to travel between sites in own car
- An independent workstyle, used to managing own workload and admin

We’ve estimated this role at around 3 days per week with some additional commitment likely at the outset. However, we’re flexible in our approach just as we are on hybrid working if/when appropriate. Although Crieff Hydro itself is our largest location, you'll want to have a frequent presence on all our sites.
