They will play a key role in embedding consistent and effective delivery ofa large portfolio of projects whilst driving improvements to our ways of working. RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for Governance Meeting administration - meeting bookings, Minutes, Actions, RAID updates - Ensures PMO procedures and standards are maintained,communicated and executed by project teams, including the use of consistent tooling and documentation - Holding Project Managers to account, ensuring projects are managed in line with standards set out by the portfolio team - Analysis of financial data, includingproject budgets and resources, to provide financial reports and budget position to key stakeholders - Identify improvements to enhance the delivery of projects - Onboard new project resources, ensuring they are aware of our ways of working, governance andtooling - Collaboration with project managers through the entire project lifecycle, from the inception to transition into service, on gating and governance requirements. - Work with the Portfolio manager to support auditing of programme delivery ensuring thehighest standardsPERSONAL PROFILE - A proactive self-starter who is able to develop and maintain effective working relationships - Understanding of project management processes and ways of working - Great interpersonal skills with the ability to influenceand engage people at all levels - Effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication - Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills - Understanding and use of Microsoft SharePoint FOOTER Burberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer andas such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.Posting Notes: United Kingdom || Not Applicable || London || IT || PRODUCT & SUPPLY CHAIN || n/a || Permanent
