**Adecco are looking for a Kitchen Porter for our busy client in Glenrothes**

**This role will be to cover sickness and holidays**

The Duties: Taking the full tray trollies from the restaurant to the dishwash area, sorting the plates and cutlery and placing them in cutlery holder and plate stacking crates to put through the automatic dishwasher.

Ensure all items are dried and streak free and placed back at the hot plate and main counter for the customers.

Clean the trays with sanitiser spray and replace in the restaurant for the customers.

Clean all chefs containers and cooking implements used for food preparation through the dishwasher or clean in the sink. Dry the items and replace them in the kitchen.

Carry out cleaning duties in the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule.

Uniform and training will be provided.
