Job Overview:
We are seeking a Trainee Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in developing negotiation skills and pursuing a career in the property industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior negotiators in property transactions and negotiations
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Organise and maintain property listings and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the negotiation team
- Learn negotiation techniques and strategies from experienced professionals

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members

You’ll also have a full driving licence and be a confident driver & car owner

We are offering a competitive £16,000 basic salary, with realistic on target earnings of £20,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
