**Position**: Postal Worker **Location**: Poole **Work Schedule**: 5 days a week (flexible days) **Salary**: £13.37 - £17.56 per hour (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sort and organise mail and parcels for delivery.
- Deliver mail and parcels accurately and on time to residential and business addresses.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices during all tasks.
- Operate delivery vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks. A valid driver's license
