**Project Coordinator - Milton Keynes - Up to £31,000 (DOE)**

PWM UK are a growing business that specialises in the design and delivery of Rail Infrastructure, Telecoms and Civil sector construction projects across the UK.

As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the program schedule, budget and details of a project are well organised. Communicating across various departments to keep stakeholders on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, organise reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers.

This role will report directly to the Head of Design who will offer you ongoing support.

**NECESSARY EXPERIENCE / TRAINING**:

- Engineering / Construction experience under CDM 2015 or equivalent.
- BSc. or MSc. Construction Engineering or equivalent management professional qualifications.
- Project Coordination / Supervision experience.
- An excellent communicator with good IT skills who works well within a team.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor project progress and create status reports.
- Assisting the Project Manager coordinator on various tasks managing PWM projects.
- Assisting the PM in progressing the projects with daily tasks, administration, budget, schedule and programme. Data management for the project controls.
- Schedule preparation, monitoring and reporting for various PWM projects.
- Will include detailed project planning and programme monitoring in support of cost control.
- Supporting and coordinating document control and communication trackers.
- Support the design team with design and engineering tasks.
- Ensuring that all documentation is in place, tracked, updated and saved as PWM document management process.
- Develop a clear understanding of the requirements of CDM (2015) in respect of the key duty holders and their responsibilities. In particular Designer and Principle Designer.
- Coordination, monitoring and reporting on the Principal Contractor’s design and site activities.
- Team and Client interaction and coordination.
- Develop strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders using an honest and direct approach.
- Supporting multi-disciplinary projects, managing document control and quality management.
- Understanding and compliance with the company’s ISO 9001 and 14001 and quality management systems.
