As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Modular Building Salesperson to join our growing team.

**The Role**

Do you have a passion for selling? Do you love building relationships with prospects to secure long-term partnerships? Do you aim to be the leading salesperson wherever you work? If so, LOC Hire, an expanding Accommodation Hire company, are looking for a new Modular Building salesperson to join the current sales team.

**Responsibilities**
- The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

- You must be able to work under pressure, utilizing your sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new clients.
- There is a degree of account management involved.
- You will have to be adaptable with being able to sell to different types of prospects
- We need someone with a background of at least 2 years sales experience, used to nurturing leads and building relationships with business prospects from the initial contact to converted customer.
- We need you to be a great communicator who is friendly and outgoing, genuinely enjoys dealing with people and can deliver results
- Overall, we need someone who can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to the sales team and the company as a whole to ensure we grow the business massively to help the company achieve its overall growth targets.
- Knowledge of CAD design is preferred
