**You will**:

- Teach basic and advanced climbing techniques to individuals or small groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all climbers by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where individuals feel motivated and comfortable.
- Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to climbers to help them reach their goals.
- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and general gym upkeep.
- Work closely with our two team leaders, front and back of house

**Requirements**:

- Experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Being first aid trained is a plus but not essential. We can put you through the training as part of your role.
- Passion for rock climbing and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing that passion with others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate climbing techniques effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit a professional attitude and behaviour at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
