- Drawing up Leases
- Letters & Mail Merges where applicable
- Maintaining Business Rates Spreadsheets (Genesis and Principled)
- Dealing with Business Rates Queries
- Filing / Archiving
- Office Admin
- Invoices
- Answering Phones
- Key Organisation & Prepping for Key Collection
- General Support to Regional Property Manager, Surveying & Lettings Team
- Archiving
- COT Forms - ingoing & outgoing
- Data Input on to Qube - attention to detail
- Maintaining Tenant Records - Update contact details
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Main reception cover ad hoc
- Processing check in’s and check outs -COT Forms
- Business Rates - NT Exemptions/Genesis etc
- Business Risks - Assisting Credit Control with Debts
- Rightmove
- Brochures
- Keys
- Landlord Meters
- Maintain Tenant Records
- Report collating
- Diary Management
- Training course booking (eg Fire Marshall, First Aid etc)
