**Job Introduction**

The Coupa Supplier Portal (a procurement/PTP solution) was implemented in Inchcape around 18 months ago, however the solution and the associated business processes have not been effectively embedded into the business to-date.

**Responsibilities**:

- Baseline and document end to end current Coupa process to include all stakeholder touch points identifying key opportunities for improvement
- Work with each franchise to relaunch Coupa processes and truly engage the business to improve usage and accuracy
- Update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work with each franchise to embed 'best practice processes’ with measurable action plan and regular review.
- Own and document (with action plan) the Coupa dispute process with clear measures of success defined
- Support a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, data gathering and problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management with Procurement / RTR to ensure full engagement and alignment
- Re-engage the business-based team of Coupa champions, providing direction, support and mentoring to facilitate support to Business Stakeholders and external Suppliers. Redefine the Coupa champion role to compliment business strategy.
- Enhance the standard Coupa training to provide more targeted accessible training for all Coupa users.
- Establish support infrastructure for Coupa users - both internal and external stakeholders - to address queries on a timely basis, to improve appreciation of the system and secure long term user engagement.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Qualified accountant (minimum 5 years post qualification experience)
- Ability to identify and understand end to end Coupa process and associated 'pain points’ supported by transparent data analysis
- Ability to translate data analysis into measurable action plans
- Ability to understand accounting implications of the Coupa process - and be able to validate accounting entries for reasonableness (monthly accruals)
- Ability to develop good working relationships with global shared services provider, internal customers and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills.
- Full ownership and accountability of Coupa reporting packs / open 'dispute’ items
- Expert knowledge of PTP processes
