Commercial Cleaner

**We are looking for various positions to be filled across the LA2 area.**

**Responsibilities**
***:

- Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including but not limited to offices, wash rooms and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstery
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, shelves, and cabinets
- Restock and replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed within the allotted time
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers
- Notify management of any maintenance issues or needed repairs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Experience as a commercial cleaner or in a similar role (preferable) Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Physical ability to lift and move equipment, as well as perform repetitive tasks Must have reliable transportation
