The Direct Marketing Specialist is part of the Global Brand Communications team within the CofE. This role will support the development and delivery of the direct marketing including Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Special Vehicles Global Direct Communications campaigns and Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar Global Customer Magazines.

This is a highly collaborative role. Your project skills will mean you can collaborate directly with stakeholders and support the delivery of relevant projects form ideation to deployment.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Support the delivery of bespoke direct communication strategies for each launch programme, which provide maximum return for the business.
- Support the delivery and communication of toolkits to NSC markets to allow for the local activation of global campaign strategies, communications plans, and creative assets.
- Contribute to the planning, creative & delivery of data capture methods that support campaign personalisation ambitions e.g., ‘KMI Forms.’
- Support content/assets approval process
- Seek engaging new creative approaches and innovative personalisation opportunities across channels.
- Support Regional and NSC communication to encourage global campaigns roll-out.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be required from time to time.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Enthusiastic, diplomatic, and able to operate under pressure
- An individual who is results driven with the ability to deliver operational plans in highly demanding environment
- Understanding of different audiences of each nameplate
- Understanding of each channel in the comms mix
- Understanding of the Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery brands
- An effective team player who supports team members
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
- Record of improving diversity in output
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and external contacts as well as within the business
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Strong communication skills - both spoken and written
- Ability to present when needed
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
